Firstcry Intellitots is a pre-school brand that has scaled rapidly with its 300+ centres across the country. Gudgudee has been instrumental in its infrastructure design and scaling process. We designed the infrastructure in conjunction with the curriculum team, operations team and the marketing team to make a sustainable and robust design. We have created systems that allows the design to be implemented across the country with it many business partners.
